Amazing
Oliver and the band were fantastic they made our wedding day they are incredibly professional and talented artists. Everything ran so smoothly and despite us not being on time with the first dance they just effortlessly adjusted their set for us. It was so lovely to see so many of our guests up and dancing. They are very talented individually who can not only perform to a very high standard but can also deal with organising and planning an event. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in future . -
Varied music and songs to suit very varied mixture of guests.
Band made the variety of songs/music to match the mixture of guests, in age and type, they had been “warned” about. In fact they did it fantastically with excellent presentation, quality and content -
Amazing!
What a great end to an amazing day! Oliver made contact prior to the day and helped with the timings etc which was very reassuring. Then on the day they played as well as DJ'd and everyone had a blast! Thank you so much for helping us to have the perfect day! Martin & Vicky -
Wedding at Northorpe Barn, Mirfield
We thoroughly enjoyed The Marlins' sets at our wedding! They had the whole dance floor going all night long. Oliver was friendly and accommodating in his communication before the event. Would recommend! -
Incredible!
The Marlins absolutely made our wedding. They were great right from the get go! They accommodated our first dance choice (Sleep on the Floor by The Lumineers) and did an incredible job of it, we couldn't have asked for more. It was so lovely to hear that the band enjoyed learning it too, we just wish someone had recorded it for us! They then continued with an incredible set list that had everyone in the room up on the dance floor and even let my husband sing Country Roads with his best man... Safe to say The Marlins do it better! We cannot thank them enough for making our day! -
What a band! Best wedding party band ever!
The band were on top form, got everyone on the dance floor and were high energy. Their communication before the day was great and make it seemless. So many of our guests commented on how great they were and what a great party it was! -
Fantastic!!
What a fantastic band. They were great from first contact to arrange everything, to the very end of their set and DJ set. Everyone commented on how good they were and they added to what was already a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend them to everyone! -
The perfect performers for the perfect occasion
The Marlin’s performed at our son and daughter in law’s post wedding party and did a fantastic job. Oliver was excellent with communications prior to the event and always answered email queries accurately and professionally. The content of their performance fitted the occasion exactly. We were complimented by many of our guests on their musical delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend this band. Thank you Oliver and the other band members for your memorable entertainment. -
Lifted the party to the next level!
We hired the Marlins to perform at our wedding. Ollie, the band leader was great to organise with prior to the event, he came across as a very genuine, nice person who gave us lots of sound advice. The band are obviously well experienced in playing events and things were seamless throughout the night . The band were very professional, arriving on time and setting up without the need for much input from us. They were very friendly and chatty through the evening which was well received. The performances were great, they played three sets which built up well to the end. We all had a fantastic time and the band really lifted the energy levels of the event, so many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the band and what a great night they had. I would highly recommend the Marlins. -
Great communication with this friendly, happy band
The Marlins were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were very communicative and accommodating of our requests and even helped me out with a special request. Thy were really lovely on the day too. A happy, friendly band that interacted well with our guests. Thank you Marlins
